Wabash Center’s Enterprise Services offers employment opportunities for individuals seeking fulfilling work experiences. Individuals learn basic workplace skills in a supportive setting. We understand the benefits of a work environment with easily accessible supports. Our staff understands that everyone works at a different pace, and they seek to help individuals gain independence.
While working in our manufacturing setting, individuals can connect with job coaches from Employment Services to gain employment in the local community.
Enterprise Services gives individuals a sense of pride in their contributions and accomplishments. Earning money and learning workplace skills in a safe environment is an invaluable opportunity.
Individuals may work on a team outside of the Enterprise Services manufacturing setting. In addition to doing manufacturing work offsite, individuals employed by Wabash Center Enterprise Services also work on janitorial teams across Greater Lafayette.

Meet Brock!
Brock has been with our organization for over 11 years. During this time, he has proven to be a man on a mission. Brock does not stop!
He began services in our work transition program in high school to gain work experience. After years of growth with the program, Brock was hired as a full-time employee. His outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and diligence led to his reign as our legendary top rivet poker. Brock’s success makes a profound impression on his peers, family, staff, and members of the community. When you see Brock at work, you see a high level of concentration, competitive pace, and a genuine smile. Brock has achieved record levels of productivity within Enterprise Services where he has poked millions of rivets, and last year he poked five million rivets! His accomplishments have naturally challenged those around him to reach higher and achieve their own lofty goals.
